Talking about mental heath has become more popular these days, especially in the past year. The problem is that, almost every time mental health is mentioned, it is about problems with it. But, what good mental health looks like is almost never mentioned. Usually. people talk in detail about how it felt like when they were struggling, and then, if thigs got better, they may just say something like 'This person/organisation helped me to get better', and stop here.
